100% cotton. Two pieces of fabric sewn together (so it won't fray). The design appears both sides. Flags are 19 x 20cm (16 per 5m, 33 per 10m). Loops at each end for hanging, or tying together for longer runs. Machine washable at 30 degrees. Cotton will fade naturally in sunlight, and weather over time outdoors.
